Dispatch is usually within 7-10 days.

Returns and refunds

Faulty or damaged goods may be returned by agreement. Please telephone our sales office prior to return to arrange collection.

Non-faulty goods can only be returned providing:

prior to return you contact our sales office to confirm the problem within 7 days of the original despatch.
that the goods are packed and in perfect condition.
there will be a 15% handling, restocking and return transport charge applicable to the return. We will arrange collection of the goods.

We will issue a full refund if there is a proven manufacturing defect – the refund being on the defective product only.
